Once pricing and terms are agreed, we issue a formal Sales Contract outlining product specifications, quantity, Incoterms, lead time, and all LC requirements.
You instruct your bank to issue an irrevocable Documentary Letter of Credit in our favour, strictly in line with the terms of the signed Sales Contract.
