Leather for Corporate Gifting & Promotional Programmes
Gifting programmes run on short, branded runs rather than long production lines. Our small leather goods carry the lowest minimums we offer, and every branding step happens in house.

The constraint
Why gifting is a different order shape
A gifting programme is the opposite of a retail range. You need a few hundred units, not a few thousand; you need them branded, not blank; and you need them by a date that was set by a conference or a financial year, not by a production calendar. Most factories are built for the other shape.
Short runs
Our small leather goods carry the lowest minimums in the catalogue — from 2 pieces, against the 300–500 unit floors typical of large factories.
Branding in house
Embossing, debossing, custom edge paint, woven labels and boxing all happen with us, so a programme is branded end to end without a separate finisher.
Fixed dates
Gifting deadlines do not move. Tell us the date first and we will tell you honestly whether it is achievable before you commit.
Branding
How your mark goes on
| Method | Looks like | Tooling | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Blind deboss | Mark pressed in, no colour. Understated. | One-off die | Premium, restrained brands |
| Foil deboss | Gold, silver or coloured foil in the impression. | One-off die | High contrast on dark leather |
| Pigment fill | Coloured ink in the impression, matched to brand. | One-off die | Brand-colour accuracy |
| Embossed keeper / patch | Raised mark on a loop or applied patch. | One-off die | Belts and bags |
| Custom edge paint | Brand colour on every cut edge. | None | Recognisable without a logo |
| Woven label | Stitched inside the piece. | Label setup | Interior branding |
On tooling cost
A die is a one-off cost on the first order, then stored and reused free on every repeat. That makes it disproportionately expensive on a single small run and negligible on an annual programme — worth knowing if you are comparing a one-off event against a recurring gift.

Ex-works per piece before branding, packaging, freight and duties. Folios, card holders and keyrings are produced to order rather than held as catalogue lines — send the spec and we will quote.
Working to an event date?
Tell us the date and the headcount. We will tell you what is achievable before you commit — including whether a custom die still fits the timeline — and quote per unit with branding and boxing included.
The unboxing
Presentation and packaging
For a gift, the packaging is not protection — it is most of the perceived value, because the recipient sees it before the product. Options run from a kraft sleeve through rigid two-piece gift boxes to full retail cartons with barcodes, plus care cards and individually addressed inserts where a programme needs them.
Decide packaging before production: it changes unit cost, carton dimensions and therefore freight, and it is the most common source of avoidable delay on a date-driven programme.
FAQ
Corporate gifting questions
What is the smallest gifting run you will take?
Our small leather goods carry the lowest minimums in the catalogue, and the exact figure per line is shown on its listing. It is low enough for a conference or a team programme rather than the 300 to 500 unit floors typical of large factories.
Can you emboss our logo, and what does the tooling cost?
Yes. A die is a one-off cost on the first order and is then stored and reused free on every repeat, so it is disproportionately expensive on a single small run and negligible across an annual programme. Blind, foil and pigment-filled impressions are all available.
Can you match our exact brand colour?
On edge paint and pigment fill, closely — send a Pantone reference. On the leather itself, custom colour needs a dedicated dye lot and therefore a higher minimum, so for smaller runs it is usually better to choose from stocked colours and carry the brand through edge paint and branding instead.
We have a fixed event date. Will you tell us if it is not achievable?
Yes, and we would rather do that at enquiry than three weeks before. Send the date first. Sampling, tooling for a custom die and freight are the three things that most often make a gifting deadline impossible, and all of them are knowable up front.
Do you supply gift packaging as well as the product?
Yes — kraft sleeves, rigid two-piece gift boxes, care cards and retail cartons with barcodes. For a gift the packaging carries most of the perceived value because the recipient sees it first, so decide it before production rather than after: it changes unit cost, carton dimensions and freight.
Can you produce folios, card holders or keyrings?
Yes, to order. Wallets, belts and purses are held as catalogue lines with published pricing; folios, notebook covers, card holders and keyrings are produced against your specification. Send the piece you have in mind and we will quote it.

Tell us the date and the headcount
Those two numbers decide everything else. We will come back with what is achievable, a per-unit price including branding, and a sample before you commit.
